Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing metal nanoscale objects attached to a surface of a conductive substrate, characterized in that it includes the following steps: producing a first solution of a metal salt in ethanol, said metal salt being present in a concentration of less than 2.6%; obtaining a polymer solution by dissolving a polymer in a solvent; making a metal/polymer precursor solution by mixing said first solution with said polymer solution; and converting said metal/polymer precursor solution into a porous film by removing said solvent, while simultaneously reducing the metal salt by depositing and spreading said metal/polymer precursor solution over said surface of said substrate, such that the metal nanoparticles are placed in the pores of the film at the surface of the substrate. The invention also relates to resultant metal nanostructures, as well as to the use thereof as a biochemical sensor.
